Our Manufactory & Production
We are manufacturers of mechanical precision watches, the finest watch components, and sophisticated custom developments. All pieces are produced in-house or in collaboration with selected regional specialist partners – a promise of quality deeply rooted in our manufactory tradition.
As a true manufactory, we place the highest value on individuality. Each timepiece is created in close dialogue with our clients and designed according to personal preferences – from the technical construction to the aesthetic completion.
Unique Pieces, Warranty & Personal Consultation
Following an in-depth, individual consultation, we offer comprehensive and long-term warranty coverage for each product, the scope of which is agreed personally and transparently with you.
Unique pieces by Richard Bürk carry their own identity: they are individually numbered, signed, and delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
Upon request, all unique pieces can be equipped with a lifetime warranty – worldwide.

Our Work
Our work includes the development and design of movements, among other things using CAD drawings and the specification of individual components such as gears. This includes shield and cuckoo clocks, mechanical wristwatches, sundials, mechanical annual torsion pendulum clocks, as well as saw clocks and gravity clocks.
Bürk 1698 – Watch Manufactory
Bürk develops and manufactures watches, components, and the finest watch parts using genuine handcraftsmanship – supported by specialized machines, some of which have been designed in-house. The entire value chain remains under one roof and stands for the highest manufactory quality.
Schär Clockhands – Hand Manufacturing
Schär Clockhands is your specialist for hands, dials, and the finest watch components. Combining traditional craftsmanship, state-of-the-art 3D CAD development, and complete in-house production from A to Z, components of the highest quality are created – 100% Made in Germany.
JMIUS
The JMIUS brand, founded in 1905, stands for traditional Black Forest shield and cuckoo clocks.
On 08 September 2020, I acquired the brand as part of the takeover of the company J. M. Jäckle from Mr. Helmar Schlenker. Since then, JMIUS has been continued by Richard Bürk GmbH – with the commitment to preserving tradition and carrying it forward in a contemporary way.
